Came to unclog our sewer line on a Sunday. Robert was already on a call but kept us informed of his time table for arriving to help us. He had our drain opened unclogged quickly. Can't recommend him enough!

Worked with Rob and Chad came out to replace a sump pump and clear a clogged drain. After discovering the new and already installed sump pump was the wrong size Rob and Chad worked to get the right one and Chad came back in the evening to complete the job. Chad went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work. Both were very prompt and professional and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Ohmygosh I cannot say enough wonderful things about Veterans Plumbing. I had an issue with the water pressure from my tankless hot water heater. Not only did Veterans call me back immediately after I left a message, they came out the very next afternoon and descaled and flushed the entire unit, normally a one hour job, it took longer than expected because it hadn't been done in a while. Now my hot water heater works like new. Thank you so much!!!

Robert was able to give me an idea of the cost using pics/videos/phone call, so I knew what I was getting into before committing.

He communicated updates about his arrival time throughout the day of the job.

He fixed the leak on the piping to my well pump at a reasonable cost. He also pointed out things I can do to improve my sump pump setup.

Robert took the time to explore some future projects I might have to add wells and better drainage on my property. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I just bought a new house and the owners who sold it to me had no idea where their well was located. Robert came and explained all the components of my well system inside the house, he fixed the hand pump i had, and he also located the well and raised it up for future access. He was very professional and came right away to get everything looked at. He was excellent at communicating and answering all of my questions.

Put request in on Saturday mid morning on Home advisor and within minutes Rob called me, I told him my hot water heater was leaking. He said he would be at my house not later then 3 PM and asked what tank did I currently have and if if had a preference. I gave him my preference. He then called back in 15 minutes with pricing. I agreed and he and Lou arrived at noon and replaced and removed tank. Pricing was great along with the service. Nothing was a problem. Great all around

We wanted a tankless water heater to replace our aging tank water heater and Robert from Veterans Plumbing Services answered our call almost instantly. We went with a Rinnai RUR199IP combined with a filtration system and they installed it in a timely and professional manner. So far the system works amazing and we get non stop hot water for the whole family. No more waiting for the tank to heat up water for the next shower! Honestly can't recommend these guys enough.
